Message from the President

Thank you for your interest in the Collin County Deputies Association.  The Deputies Association strives to promote professionalism in law enforcement throughout Collin County.  The CCDA is an affiliate of the Texas Municipal Police Association and together work to keep law enforcement a dedicated    profession.                                                                                                                                                         The CCDA is unique in it's membership base when compared to a municipal police association due to being comprised of multiple governmental entities.  The Deputies Association is comprised of Deputy Sheriff, Deputy Constable, Detention Officer, Dispatcher, Bailiff, District Attorney Investigator, Deputy Fire Marshall, and numerous other civilian posts employed with Collin County.  It is because of our membership diversity that we have members employed at several elected official's offices.                                                                                                                                                                           The CCDA strives to maintain an open dialogue with the Sheriff's Office administration and the Commissioners Court in hopes of fostering a healthy and respectful relationship.  The CCDA understands that transparency in the relationship builds trust and willingness to work together in solving any issues that may arise in the future.                                   It is the CCDA's goal to assist members when possible and help the public within Collin County when we have the ability to do so.  I'm proud to say that the Deputies Association hosts the Collin Bowl Championship in conjunction with the Marine Corps. Toys for Tots program, Operation: Blue Christmas for lesser fortunate families, participate in the Plano Balloon Festival, and when the unfortunate occasion arises; assist in Officer Down Memorial events.                The Collin County Deputies Association is taking steps to expand our presence in the community for the benefit of the citizens of Collin County.  If you are a prospective member, please look around the website and email a member of the board for answers to any questions you may have.  The Collin County Deputies Association would like to thank the citizens of Collin County for their continued support for law enforcement county wide.
