WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET A COMPLAINT?
There have been questions brought up to the Association’s board recently regarding complaints against peace/detention officers. Texas Government Code Chapter 614 lays out clear guidelines a law enforcement agency must follow regarding their ability to act with disciplinary measures against an officer. Below is Section 614.

| Recruiting Drive |
The Collin County Deputies Association will be conducting a recruiting drive starting April 1st, 2013. The drive will last 90 days, and will end on July 1st, 2013.
How it works
All current members of the association who have been enrolled at least six months from April 1st may participate in the recruiting drive.

A special thank you to Collin County Sheriff, McKinney, and Plano PD Honor Guards for displaying a level of professionalism second to none.
