| Committee Collin County Deputies Association Charity and Benefits PurposeThis committee has been established to assist in the planning and implementation of benefit and charity events. The committee consists of chairs that are responsible in overseeing certain aspects of an event. Event Chair -Joe WrightThe event chair is the person responsible for overseeing the entire event. A few duties of the event chair include presenting a timeline of the tasks that need to be accomplished to committee leaders, assigning responsibilities and establishing deadlines. Sponsor ChairThe sponsor chair will be responsible for getting local businesses and donors to sponsor different portions of the event. Event Director - Jason EvansThe event director should be an avid golfer and will be responsible for recruiting golfers, choosing the tournament format and planning the golf event itself, including contests and mulligans and obtaining contest prizes and gifts for golfers. Dinner Chair - Sgt. Mitch Selman, Mike HolcombThe dinner chair is responsible for choosing the food and beverage menu, developing the dinner and awards ceremony program, soliciting dinner sponsors and handling the silent auction. Print and Promotions Chair - Mike RumfieldThe print and promotions chair will oversee getting communication out about the event and taking care of all printed material, including signs and banners. |

| The endorsement committee was established to receive candidate profiles and to vet these candidates who are running for local and area political races. The committee will make final recommendations to the Excutive Board for final endorsements. Committee members: Chair: Committee members: Members wishing to give input on any candidate running for political office can email the committee or post remarks in the General Discussion Forum on the secure side of the website. Any current member who is running for a local or area political office shall not participate in voting on political endorsements. |
